At TheFactory Elite Fitness we are here to remind you that all bodies are worth love and acceptance, no matter their appearance.

Whether you were born with a slim or thick physique or need to lose weight, doesn’t matter to us. The goals are very similar. It’s the development of a small waist, flat stomach and larger hips, booty, thighs, toned and being physically fit.

The Glute Gangsta calls it the “Fierce and Feminine Physique” that embraces your particular body type. Our Glute Team Coaches aren’t going to ask you to fit in an unrealistic body type where people strive to achieve a “perfect body” shape due to its desirability or social acceptance. Our goal is to enhance the particular body type that you were born with. That could mean you becoming Slim Thicc or Thick Fit and keeping your own unique curves.

A Round Strong Booty Equals, Rockin' Body:

If you focus on training your glutes, you'll get a whole body's worth of benefits! The gluteus maximus is the largest muscle in the body and is primarily responsible for hip extension. This joint action is key for nearly every strength, power, and fitness exercise. Strong glutes can increase squatting, deadlifting, and overall athletic potential.

Here at TheFactory Elite Fitness we know developing your glutes is the best way to an ELITE total body transformation and a more aesthetic physique.

Our focus is building your physique from the ground up by using targeted glute training at least 3 days a week. By using the knowledge, techniques and over 25 plus years experience of Coach Tracy Green aka Glute Gangsta, PhD, Certified Glute Specialist and Gym Owner, Coach Tracy designs all our programs with the goal of producing outstanding results for our clients.

No ifs, ands, or buts: If you want a nice butt, you must train for it. If you are a pro athlete and want to be the fastest, strongest and most explosive in your sport, you must train for it.

The rules are no different when it comes to building a strong, lifted, round pair of “cheeks.” However, there is an additional upside here: Prioritize butt-building, namely getting your glutes fiercely strong and your entire body looking incredible.

For that reason alone, “It’s our duty, at TheFactory Elite Fitness, to train that booty, and train it well.”

Since we are a group training facility and run 60 minute classes, the Glute Gangsta sets up our workout regimen to directly correlate with the outcome of an elite and total body physique that you desire. If you want a booty, and more importantly, desire a better body, you need a program that targets that goal.

“Hear me! Hear me!” No weight lifter in their right mind can perform every lift under the sun. Just like body builders need specific exercises to gear up for competition, the Glute Gangsta carefully selects the right compound exercises to achieve your desired results!

Above all else, he chooses exercises that heavily work the legs and glutes along with upper body exercises that round your physique into something you can be very proud of.

For best results, we recommend you do our full-body workouts, that includes glute targeting, 3 out of 5 days of training with us, per week. We don’t focus on how long you train, but on how efficient each session is performed.

For those that want more, we do offer our specialty Best 🍑ss Ever Challenges (BAE) where you get personal 6-10 member small group training and trained by the Glute Gangsta himselff.

And Men, We haven’t forgotten about you! That’s why we offer you an all male Gladiator class which is a hybrid, of spartan training, power lifting, primalfit functional training and more.! This is a very popular class where all that male bonding takes place while getting their asses whipped. LOL!
