My approach works because it’s timed tested and proven to work on thousands of clients throughout the past 15 years.

 

 

Don’t like kale? It won’t be in your meal plan. Only have 45-60 minutes per day to work out? Combining strength training and cardio in all my workouts, I have found it is the most effective way to produce sustainable results.

 

As a coach, it’s not my job to hand-feed you new, impossible rules to follow — it’s my job to know the research, know the science, and have the tools available for you so you can be guided towards what works best.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE 

SPRING INTO SUMMER

42 DAY CHALLENGE:

WEEK 1

4-MINUTE PUMP

If you're stuck on a training plateau or simply looking for something new to break up a stale routine, I have just the thing: my 4-Minute Pump technique.

The premise is to squeeze as many reps as you can for a given exercise into a four minute block of time.

Definitely a fat burning protocol.

WEEK 4

FULL BODY 100’S

One hundred (yes, 100) reps per exercise and a head-to-toe muscle-building workout like you’ve never experienced.

This is another plateau-busting techniques, that builds muscle and shreds weight.

WEEK 2

SUPERSET HIIT

Superset HIIT is a program that puts strong emphasis on both muscle building and fat loss. And yes, you can do both simultaneously.

Supersets are proven to be effective for both muscle building and fat loss. Fat loss is ramped up considerably with the HIIT sessions intertwined in the workouts.

WEEK 5

CRT(CARDIO RESISTANCE TRAINING

Cardio resistance training (or what I refer to it as CRT) brings strength training into high-intensity training. In high intensity interval training you move quickly from one cardio exercise to the next to keep your heart rate high. 

Cardio resistance training focuses on high-intensity exercises done with resistance(weights), to strengthen and build lean muscle.

WEEK 3

EMOM HIIT BLITZ

In this workout protocol, I hit a number of meat-and-potatoes exercises with this EMOM HIIT protocol – nothing fancy here, just intense sets performed on tried and true moves using a variety of equipment (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells). This is going to be sweat drenching HIIT protocol.

WEEK 6

FULL BODY CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. Equipment used consist of bikes, battle ropes, tires, maces, bands, rowers, medicine balls etc.

TRACY GREEN?

My name is Tracy Green and I have several fitness certifications and college degrees along with a PhD in Sports Psychology. Being a former marine, teacher, high school football coach, I’m passionate about helping people overcome  their obstacles and develop self confidence. Since 2002, I’ve been helping men and women achieve their health & fitness goals by using a combination of strength and HIIT training to build muscle while shredding weight.

 

In my free time, I like to watch sports, travel and read books about history.

WHY DO I NEED TO REGISTER?

Heading to the gym alone, day in and day out with a general goal of getting fit or losing weight, can quickly become boring. Choosing a proven challenge bootcamp with a timeline and following a training plan makes exercise more interesting. Training in a group keeps you focused and motivated throughout the weeks of your training program.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REGISTER?

When you click the button to apply, you’ll be taken to a short form. From there, you’ll be able to register and book your classes. Then you’ll be able to request to be in the challenge private page. You’ll be left with all the guidance and resources to flourish in this program.

HOW IS THIS CHALLENGE DIFFERENT?

This program is different because you’re different! The training isn’t easy, but the challenges will help you reach a fitness level that you may have once thought was impossible. With this program, you will quickly see changes in your weight, endurance and strength, which will serve as an effective source of motivation.
