I’ve put together a 30 day torch belly fat challenge using the principles of Metabolic Resistance Training.
No, we want be doing a thousand crunches in a workout because we know you can’t spot reduce a body part. But you can focus on training that area to enhance your results. This program will incorporate exercises that strengthen and flatten your core. Combined with cardio exercises that elevate your heart rate to burn calories. The goal is to burn as much belly fat off as possible. This challenge is done in junction with your physical location workouts and a 17 minute daily online workout focusing on the abs.
